A different kind of understanding

She doesn't need to be fixed.
She needs to be understood.

For generations, our understanding of ADHD and autism was built around boys and men. Girls learned to adapt, women learned to mask, and many reached adulthood believing they were failing at things that seemed effortless for everyone else.

This is a place to replace self-blame with language, context and support. We acknowledge both the strengths of different minds and the very real challenges of living in a world not designed for them.
